Mitä henkilötietoa keräämme ja miksi
Kommentit
Kun sivuston käyttäjät jättävät kommentteja sivustolle, keräämme kommenttilomakkeessa olevat tiedot, sekä käyttäjän IP-osoitteen ja selaimen versiotiedot roskaviestien tunnistamisen helpottamiseksi.
Kun vierailijat jättävät kommentin tälle sivustolle keräämme tiedon, joka on näkyvissä kommentointikentissä, IP-osoitteen sekä selaimen versioon liittyvät tiedot. Sähköpostiosoitteesta luotu anonymisoitu hajautustieto (hash) voidaan lähettää Gravatar-palveluun, jotta tiedetään onko kommentoija palvelun käyttäjä. Gravatar-palvelun tietosuojaseloste löytyy osoitteesta https://automattic.com/privacy/.
Media
Mikäli lataat kuvia tälle sivustolle, sinun tulee välttää sellaisten kuvien lataamista, joissa on tallennettu paikkatieto (EXIF GPS). Sivuston vierailijat voivat ladata ja katsoa paikkatietoa kuvista, joita sivustolla on.

Evästeet
Jos jätät kommentin sivustolle, voit valita nimen, sähköpostiosoitteen ja url-osoitteen tallennuksen evästeeseen. Tämä toiminto lisää käyttömukavuutta, koska lomaketta ei tarvitse täyttää jokaisella kerralla uudelleen kommenttia lisätessä. Evästetieto poistetaan selaimesta vuoden kuluttua.
Mikäli sinulla on tili ja kirjaudut sivustolle, asetamme väliaikaisen evästeen, joka päättelee tukeeko selaimesi evästeitä vai ei. Tämä eväste ei sisällä henkilötietoa ja se poistetaan kun selainikkuna suljetaan.
Kun kirjaudut sisään asetamme useita evästeitä, jotka tallentavat kirjautumis- sekä näyttöasetuksesi. Kirjautumisevästeet poistetaan kahden vuorokauden kuluessa, näyttöasetuksiin liittyvät evästeet poistuvat vuoden päästä. Mikäli valitset “Muista minut” kirjautumisen yhteydessä, kirjautumistietojasi säilytetään kahden viikon ajan. Mikäli kirjaudut ulos, kirjautumiseen liittyvät evästeet poistetaan samassa yhteydessä.
Mikäli julkaiset artikkelin tai muokkaat olemassa olevaa tallennamme selaimeen evästeen, joka sisältää muokattavan artikkelin ID:n. Eväste vanhenee yhdessä vuorokaudessa.
Muilta sivustoilta upotettu sisältö
Tämän sivuston artikkelit voivat sisältää upotettua sisältöä (esimerkiksi videoita, kuvia, artikkeleita jne.). Toisilta sivustoilta tuodun upotetun sisällön avaaminen on verrattavissa siihen, että vierailija itse kävisi kolmannen osapuolen sivustolla.

Mikäli jätät kommentin, kommenttia ja sen metatietoa säilytetään toistaiseksi. Tämä tehdään siksi, että voimme tunnistaa ja hyväksyä seuraavat kommentit automaattisesti sen sijaan, että säilyttäisimme ne moderointijonossa.
Tallennamme rekisteröityneiden käyttäjien (jos sellaisia on) käyttäjäprofiilien tiedot. Kaikilla käyttäjillä on mahdollisuus nähdä, muokata ja poistaa omia henkilötietojaan milloin vain. Ainoastaan käyttäjänimeä ei voi muuttaa. Verkkosivuston ylläpitäjät voivat nähdä ja muokata käyttäjäprofiilien tietoja.
Mitä oikeuksia sinulla on omaan tietoosi
Mikäli sinulla on käyttäjätili tälle sivustolle tai olet jättänyt kommentteja, voit pyytää koostetiedostoa omista henkilötiedoistasi, sisältäen kaiken henkilötiedon, jonka olet meille antanut. Voit myös pyytää henkilötietojesi poistoa. Oikeus omien tietojen poistoon ei koske sellaista henkilötietoa, joka meidän on säilytettävä ylläpidollisista, juridisista tai tietoturvaan liittyvistä syistä.

4. Legal basis and purpose of the processing of personal data
The legal basis for the processing of personal data under the EU General Data protection Regulation is:
• individual consent
• the legimate interest of the controller (eg. customer relationship, employment relationship)
The purpose of the processing of personal data is to communicate with customers, maintain customer relationships and marketing.
The data is not used for automated decision making or profiling.
5. Contents of the register
Information to be recorded in the register includes: person’s name, position, company/organization, contact information (phone number, email address, postal address), website addresses of the companies, information and changes of subscription services, billing information, other customer relationship and subscribed service information.
6. Regular sources of information
Information stored in the register can be obtained from the customer eg. messages sent via web forms, email, telephone, contracts, customer meetings and other situations where a customer discloses information.
7. Regular disclosures and transfers outside the EU or EEA
Information is not routinely disclosed to other parties.
We share your professional information with the following parties:
• With the police in criminal investigations.
• In marketing-related assignments to partners who analyze, print, or distribute marketing materials.
If we share your information with our partners, they will act as processors of personal information. Our partners who process personal data act as processors under the agreement. Under the agreement, we oblige our partners to comply with the Personal Data Act (Sections 10 and 24) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The partners are not allowed to use the information in the register for any assignment other than that agreed with Kampusravintolat Oy.
8. Principles for the protection of the register
The records shall be handled with care and the data processed by the information systems shall be appropriately protected. When registry information is stored on Internet servers, the physical and digital security of their hardware is properly taken care of. The data controller shall ensure that the stored information, as well as server access and other information critical to the security of the personal data, is treated confidentially and only by the employees whose job description it is included in.
9. Right of audit and right to request correction of information
Every person in the register has the right to verify their data stored in the register and to request the correction of any inaccurate or incomplete information. If a person wishes to check or rectify the information stored about him / her, the request must be sent in writing to the controller. If necessary, the controller may ask the applicant to prove his identity.
The controller will respond to the client within the time limit set by the EU Data Protection Regulation (as a rule within one month).
10. Other rights relating to the processing of personal data
A person on the register has the right to request that personal data relating to him / her be removed from the register. Data subjects also have other rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, such as restricting the processing of personal data in certain situations. Requests should be sent in writing to the controller. If necessary, the controller may ask the applicant to prove his identity.
The controller will respond to the client within the time limit set by the EU Data Protection Regulation (as a rule within one month).
